Abstract: InSaudi Arabia, it is expected that sum persons with diabetes mellitus (DM) areabout 3.4 million cases of diabetes in Saudi Arabia in 2015.1. The patient besupposed to be managed not only by a professional but also by himself focusinghis notice on the improvement of his lifestyle at home. In the current study,we tried to develop a healthmanagement support system by which a diabeticpatient in early stage can simply enter his daily life information. HealthManagement System in healthcare has solved a wide range of healthcare-relatedissues in Saudi Arabia. However, the limitation of risk management teamsworking under special conditions (needing to solve critical health-relatedissues) has highlighted the urgent need for an early risk warning system inhealthcare.
