Procedure/Methodology This information was gathered by the following means Existing house style manuals and documents. A number of websites with industry standard house styles were used. . Templates Tours on Wheels and Performance Cycles provided copies of their templates during the company merger very few of these templates were suitable and did not meet with current industrial standards. The errors which I have found throughout the templates are 4. Performance Cycles (PC) Information document-Schlemiel The errors that I have identified in Performance Cycles Information document are although there is a consistent font used in headings and body text does not meet house style guidelines, too small font not conforming to the company’s house style deadlines, Headings should not be on its own at bottom of page, The performance Cycles information document – Schlemiel is does not meet current industrial standards as 4. The Tours on Wheels (TOW) Information document-Health Benefits from cycling does not meet current industrial standards as 5. Recommendations My recommendation is that the new templates that I have created and attached to this report should be used as company standard. I would also recommend that the new House Style Guidance that I have attached to this report also be used as it meets with the current industrial standards and will contribute to the corporate image, reputation, productivity, efficiency, quality, and professionalism that Cycle IT Scotland wishes to portray to its customers and suppliers. 9.
