Anger blood pressure, adrenaline and norepinephrine. Although anger

Anger is a strong emotional response. This is a mood that includes “strong dissatisfaction, usually hostility”. Anger arises when a person feels that their personal boundaries are or will be violated. Angry people also experience physical conditions such as increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, adrenaline and norepinephrine. Although anger seems to be a harmless, normal emotion expressed in daily life, it can still have a negative effect on physical, psychological and spiritual aspects in many ways. Humans can’t avoid anger. Research has shown that anger can be harmful. If people ignore it, anger will not go away, it will cause more problems. Therefore, people should notice all these side effects and anger. When a person consciously chooses to take action and immediately stops the threat of another external force, anger becomes the primary sensation of behavior, cognition, and physiology. Anger produces a lot of physical and psychological consequences. Why do people get angry?  Because everyday people may meet something that affects their mood, if things affect too much, the emotion will turn to anger.  Some people are offended by others. Why is it so hard for people to control their anger?. Because people have sinned. In the Genesis,Long ago, after Adam and eve left the garden of Eden, they had two sons. And the name of their firstborn was Cain, and the name of the second was Abel. Cain is a farmer. He grows vegetables and grains. Abel was a shepherd, and he looked at the cattle. They are brothers. Abel chose his best lamb and gave it to god. Cain thinks his little brother is a little silly to give up his best lamb. “He thought. “We need the lamb, God doesn’t need it. I am a farmer, and this year is a good year for my wheat harvest. Why don’t I burn the excess straw? I won’t waste it.” Cain watched as the lamb burned completely on the altar, and the straw on his left burned and never really caught fire. Cain is jealous! Cain told Abel to go for a walk with him, and when he was still angry, Cain beat Abel to the ground and killed him. When Cain realized what he had done, he was more worried that someone might have seen what he had done, rather than feeling sorry for his brother’s death. He looked around and breathed a sigh of relief that no one was near. The Lord said, “Cain, your brother is there.”Cain shrugged. “I don’t know! Am I my brother’s keeper? God replied, “Cain, how can you be so cruel to your only brother?” He did nothing but for me, for his parents. And you.” Cain was guilty of anger (Genesis:4). In light of the root of anger, this emotion impacts the body, mind and spirit.
