What are the systematic requirements?
1.) identify owner’s project requirements, basis of design, documents
2.)conduct a “Simple Box” energy modeling analysis to find energy reduction opportunities before design
3.) perform a preliminary water budget analysis to reduce potable water loads
What are Preliminary Rating Goals
-required for HC projects but recommended for all
1.)Have an Integrated Project Team of a minimum of 4 people
2.)Design Charrette before the schematic design phase that lasts a minimum of 4 hours
