-locate project within the boundary of development certified under LEED for neighborhood development

avoid development of sensitive lands and reduce environmental impacts on that land

Option 1: locate project on a footprint that has already been developed
Option2: do not develop on

locate any functional entry within 1/4mi walking distance of a bus/streetcar/rideshare OR 1/2mi of bus/ferry/rail
