PURPOSE The main purpose of this research is for the New Leaf Bakeshop to create types of promotion that will make their products such as breads, cakes and pastries to be known not only in Canaan De ROR City but in other neighboring provinces and even in the whole country. In promoting the reduce, the bakeshop will use marketing strategies and tools to inform and persuade customers to buy.
F. SURVEY A. Methodology The research is made in the form of descriptive-qualitative method. This describes and collects data by analyzing where people buy their pastries. There were at least 100 respondents for this research which consist of private employees who serve as the consumers of the products. This study is done through survey and conducted at Carmen, Congo, Alpacas, Pavement Boulevard, Machine, Guys, Pageant and Align City. The researchers prepared a survey questionnaire to know the consumer’s desire(s) in pastry reduces.
Through this type of research design, the researchers can describe well the internal and external aspects that will affect the promotions of the company to persuade their target market especially the private employees which serves as one of the bakeshops highest consumer rate. The customers will be captured by the new marketing strategies the researchers will use to persuade the customers that New Leaf Bakeshop is the bakeshop their searching for.
