It was too early for me to take charge as an organizer, but due to y huge network with seniors, a virtuous impression amongst faculties and team a success. Due to my proficient organizing skills, I gained the ranks quickly.
I directed my team towards various working areas with the help of my other colleagues and faculties. The event was also supported by the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Gobo. Of India, as I also included he “Grow More Trees” and “Save Paper” campaign during the event.
I learned a lot from this organization and also experienced my weakness which I improved it later. I made quick decisions which led me towards boosting up the work and also took calculated risks in terms of money as the event was having a limited budget.
