For instance, the cube framework concentrates on the constant social transformation, evaluation, progress monitoring, researches conduction, and views the future technology as a main driver for the development. As this perspective has been applied on the international, local, and national levels, one may note that it is the potent structure which causes the significant transformations in the society.According to Hilbert, the cube framework comprises three divisions as vertical areas, horizontal layers, and diagonal sector. Each cube’s section depicts the industries, social sectors, various dynamics, and actors as the main component. For instance, the vertical areas are the technology’s application sections which provide the networks with an information community content and results in the social modification (Hilbert 246). Having explored the cube model, one may admit that the conceptions of the horizontal layers are opposed to the vertical ones. The diagonal area, in its turn, embraces both vertical sectors and horizontal layers (Hilbert 4). As all components are intertwined, they are regarded significant to comprehend the general cube’s framework conception. Supposedly, my cube focuses mainly on the international and local levels. Discussing the presumable strategies or policies manifested in the diagonal areas, one may find that the initial version of this cube proposed the specific policy activities aspects which were the regulatory frameworks. Namely, these components encouraged development and provided confines for the new behavior models included in the diagonal section. Moreover, they include the considered mechanisms which maintained the diffusion of different technologies and their application. As a result, the diagonal section’s strategies reserved the human resources which operated as the motive force behind the technological processes.
