performance, managers are broadly following goal setting (DuBrin, 2012). After researching hundreds of
studies, finding that those individual performs better who provided with
specific, difficult but attainable goals then those individual who had given
easy, non specific, or no goals at all. With this condition, however, all
individuals have to sufficient ability, go according to the goals and receive
feedback which related with their performance (Latham, 2003).

goal setting under right conditions can be the most powerful technique. Considering managers when attempting
using goal-setting to enhance motivation and performance, some practical
suggestions are given: Goals have to be specific and clear, Goals have be
difficult in attainable, Goals always must adopted by the whole organization,

Goals used in evaluate performance then it become more efficient,
Deadlines make goals more effective, In a performance goal, orientation

goal setting is also important (DuBrin, 2012; Greenberg, 2011; Newstrom, 2011).
