The where they live in the U.S. Federal

The Constitution works because of the balance of powers amongst the three branches of the government, the rights guranteed to individuals, and the distribution of power among the different levels of governments known as federalism. Federalism is very important and keeps the states and the federal government together. The three branches are judicial branch, executive branch, and legislative branch and they are all equal in power because of checks and balances. Not only that, but the constitution includes the bill of rights in which it contains rights that protects people against dictatorship. Clearly, the constitution works and is one of the best governments existing today. The constitution works because of checks and balances and our powerful three branches. In other words, the checks and balances made all three branches equal since it limited their power. In 1787, the constitution created checks and balances to help one branch of the government keep the others  balanced. For instance, if a bill gets vetoed by the president it goes back to the congress for one more chance, therefore if it gets enough votes it can overthrow the president’s veto. Another example, is that the legislative branch makes the laws, but on the other hand the judicial branch has the potential to declare the law unconstitutional. As a conclusion, the constitution has a government with three powerful branches that take in place to make it one of the best constitution. The constitution works because of our amendments that have rights for particular things. Before a bill becomes an amendment, it needs to go to the legislative branch and that is where the amendment is first made. Then it goes to the judicial branch where they vote for the law whether it is constitutional or not and then it goes to the executive branch where the president vetoes it or signs it. Amendment one states that we have freedom of of press assembly, speech and many more. This is significant because many countries don’t have freedom of press which makes the constitution the best to be free. Not only the humans have amendments, but the state has amendment 10 to itself which is that the states have freedoms that that are not listed for the federal government. All in all, the constitution has many amendments to not cause any trouble to ruin the constitution. Federalism is a very unique thing and a problem solving concept in the in the United States constitution. With federalism, powers are distributed to different structures of the government. There are states laws, that are specific to every state making each state unique and different in its own way. There are federal laws that apply to anyone and everyone regardless where they live in the U.S. Federal law would be when you can not drink alcohol under 21 while a state law such as california’s law is when you need to be at least 16 to be able to drive. As seen, the different structures and layers of governments make the U.S. very special and organized. The constitution works because it is a fair system to all the people. The constitution is flexible and is able to grow even better at any time. It is open to any suggestions given by the people. I believe that the constitution helps protect everyone’s rights from violations. The constitution has all types of races working together and that is what make is it work. Moreover, every thing the constitution does is for the people who choose what they want. To summarize, the constitution is for the people.
